Funko has announced a new wave of Funko Pop! vinyl figures from the animated television series Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Avatar: The Last Airbender (ATLA), also known in some regions as Avatar: The Legend of Aang, is an American animated fantasy television series produced by Nickelodeon Animation Studios.
The series is set in an Asian-inspired fantasy world where some people can telekinetically manipulate (or “bend”) one of four classic elements: air, water, earth or fire. Only the titular “Avatar” can bend all four elements and is responsible for maintaining balance in the world.
Avatar: The Last Airbender aired on Nickelodeon for three seasons, from February 2005 to July 2008. A sequel to the series called The Legend of Korra was released in 2012 and ran for four seasons through 2014.
The extended Avatar franchise includes an ongoing comics series, a prequel novel series, a live-action film, as well as an upcoming live-action remake series produced for Netflix.
Characters from Avatar: The Last Airbender have been transformed into Funko Pop! vinyl figures and are part of the Funko Pop! Animation series. The newly announced wave includes eight new ATLA Funko Pop! vinyl figures, including a glow in the dark Floating Aang as an Amazon Exclusive and a Kyoshi (Spirit) glow in the dark figure as an Entertainment Earth Exclusive.
