Funko has announced a new wave of Funko Pop! vinyl figures from the 2019 fighting game Mortal Kombat 11.

Mortal Kombat 11 is a fighting game developed by NetherRealm Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment in 2019.
It is the eleventh main installment in the long-running Mortal Kombat franchise and serves as a sequel to Mortal Kombat X (2015).
The game features a deep and cinematic story mode that revolves around Kronika, the Keeper of Time, who seeks to rewrite history to undo Raiden’s interference in the timeline. This leads to a battle between past and present versions of iconic characters.
The game introduces new gameplay mechanics, including Fatal Blows (high-damage moves triggered at low health), Krushing Blows (cinematic variations of special moves), and Flawless Block (a precise counter mechanic). It also expands customization options, allowing players to modify characters’ appearances, abilities, and gear.
Mortal Kombat 11 launched with 25 playable characters, with additional fighters added through DLC, including guest characters like The Terminator, Spawn, and Rambo. The game received critical acclaim for its brutal combat, stunning visuals, and engaging story mode, though it faced criticism for its microtransactions and grinding mechanics.
An expansion, Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath, was released in 2020, adding new story content and characters like Fujin, Sheeva, and RoboCop. The game was later bundled into Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate, which includes all DLC content.
A sequel, and series reboot, Mortal Kombat 1, was released on September 19, 2023.
Characters from Mortal Kombat 11 have been transformed into Funko Pop! vinyl figures and are part of the Funko Pop! Games series.
The newly announced wave includes four new Mortal Kombat 11 Funko Pop! vinyl figures, including Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Kitana and Kung Lao as a Funko Shop Exclusive.
