The series is set after the events of the movie Avengers: Endgame (2019), in which mercurial villain Loki reprises his role as the God of Mischief.
After WandaVision and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki is the third television series in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), produced by Marvel Studios, to share continuity with the franchise’s films.

Characters from the Marvel Studios TV series Loki have been transformed into Funko Pop! vinyl figures and are part of the Pop! Marvel series. The wave Pop! Marvel Loki figures will be released in late August 2021 and will include figures from Loki, Mobius, Sylvie and Ravonna Renslayer with Miss Minutes.
In addition to the regular releases, a number of exclusive Pop! vinyl figures will be released for Walmart, Hot Topic, BoxLunch, Amazon and Funko Shop.
