Funko has announced a new wave of Funko Pop! vinyl figures from the animated television series The Powerpuff Girls.

The Powerpuff Girls is an American superhero animated television series created by animator Craig McCracken and produced by Hanna-Barbera (later Cartoon Network Studios) for Cartoon Network.
The series debuted as a Cartoon Cartoon on Cartoon Network in November 1998, and aired for six seasons, three specials and a feature film, with the final episode airing on March 25, 2005. The series has been nominated for six Emmy Awards, nine Annie Awards, and a Kids’ Choice Award during its run.
The show revolves around Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup, three kindergarten girls with super powers. The girls all live in the fictional town of Townsville with their father and creator, a scientist named Professor Utonium, and are often summoned by the town’s mayor to help fight nearby criminals and other enemies using their powers.
Characters from The Powerpuff Girls have been transformed into Funko Pop! vinyl figures and are part of the Pop! Animation series. The newly announced wave features five new Pop! vinyl The Powerpuff Girls figures.
