Funko has announced a wave of Funko Pop! vinyl figures to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi.

Return of the Jedi (also known as Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi) is a 1983 American epic space opera film directed by Richard Marquand from a story by George Lucas.
The film is the sequel to Star Wars (1977) and The Empire Strikes Back (1980). It is the third installment in the original Star Wars trilogy, the third film to be produced, and the sixth chronological film in the “Skywalker Saga”.
Star Wars: Return of the Jedi was released in theaters on May 25, 1983 and is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year.
Joining in the festivities, Funko announced a new wave of Funko Pop! vinyl figures to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. The new wave is part of the Pop! Star Wars series and includes a large number of new Funko Pop! vinyl figures.
