Funko has announced a new wave of Funko Pop! vinyl figures to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Disney’s Robin Hood.

Robin Hood is a 1973 American animated musical adventure comedy film produced by Walt Disney Productions and released by Buena Vista Distribution. Robin Hood is Disney’s 21th animated feature film.
Disney’ Robin Hood is produced and directed by Wolfgang Reitherman and the film is based on the English folk tale of the legendary heroic outlaw Robin Hood.
The film follows the adventures of Robin Hood, Little John and the people of Nottingham as they fight against Prince John’s excessive taxes, and Robin Hood wins the hand of Maid Marian.
Disney’s Robin Hood became the first animated film produced without Walt Disney’s involvement. Robin Hood was released on November 8, 1973 and became a cult classic in the years that followed.
Characters from Disney’s Robin Hood have been transformed into Funko Pop! vinyl figures and are part of the Pop! Disney series. The newly announced wave celebrates 50 years of Disney’s Robin Hood and includes six new Disney Funko Pop! vinyl figures with a January 2024 release date.
