Funko has announced a new wave of Funko Pop! vinyl figures from the Japanese anime television series Yu-Gi-Oh!

Yu-Gi-Oh! is a Japanese anime television series based on the manga series of the same name, written and illustrated by Kazuki Takahashi.
Yu-Gi-Oh! tells the story of a shy little boy named Yugi Mutou. One day, he solves an ancient puzzle known as the Millennium Puzzle, which makes his body the host of a mysterious ghost with the personality of a gambler.
The anime television series is part of the Yu-Gi-Oh! media franchise that includes multiple manga and anime series, a trading card game, animated films and numerous video games.
Most of the franchise’s characters relate to the fictional trading card game known as Duel Monsters, where each player uses cards to “duel” each other in a mock battle of fantasy “monsters”, which forms the basis for the real Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game.
Characters from Yu-Gi-Oh! have been transformed into Funko Pop! vinyl figures and are part of the Funko Pop! Animation series. The newly announced wave includes eight new Yu-Gi-Oh! Funko Pop! vinyl figures, including a rare chase metallic variant of Harpie Lady.
