The Funko Pop! Football series is a Pop! vinyl series for every football enthusiast worldwide. Not to be confused with American football, the European variant, also called soccer, is the most played sport in the world.
Launched in 2018, the Funko Pop! Football series features Pop! vinyl figures of footballers who play in the English Premier League and French Ligue 1.
The Pop! Football series has grown considerably over the years and now has around 50 different footballers from various football clubs including Manchester United FC, Chelsea FC, Liverpool FC, Manchester City and Paris Saint Germain.
The new wave of Pop! Football Figures includes the first football manager to be featured in the sports series: Liverpool FC manager Jürgen Klopp. The manager takes his central midfielder Thiago Alcântara along, who also gets his own Pop! vinyl figure in the Pop! Football series.
In addition to the Liverpool FC delegation, two Pop! vinyl players from Manchester City FC are added to the Pop! Football series: Raheem Sterling and Phil Foden.
