New Funko Pop! Albums figures from Iron Maiden and Britney Spears have been announced for the Funko Pop! Albums series.
Music album covers transformed into Funko Pop! vinyl.
Unlike the music-based Pop! Rocks series, where the music artist takes all the credit, the Pop! Albums series now focuses on popular music albums.
The Funko Pop! Albums series is a combination of a hard protector case, a Funko Pop! vinyl figure and of course artwork of the music album cover. And the end product is simply amazing, a must-have for music lovers and fans around the world.
The back of the case is decorated with an image of the music album cover and the front of the case contains a Pop! vinyl figure representing the likeness of the album cover. The dimensions of the box are approximately 8 3/4 inches high and wide and the box is approximately 3 1/2 inches deep. The Funko Pop! Albums can easily be hung on the wall.
Two new releases for the Funko Pop! Albums series were unveiled at Funko Fair 2022: Iron Maiden – Powerslave and Britney Spears – Oops!… I Did It Again.
Powerslave, the fifth studio album by the English heavy metal band Iron Maiden, has been transformed into Funko Pop! vinyl. Released in 1984, the album cover stands out for its ancient Egypt theme, which was taken from the title track and carried over to the album’s supporting tour, the World Slavery Tour.
Oops!… I Did It Again, the second studio album by American singer Britney Spears, is the second announced release in the Funko Pop! Albums series. Released in 2000, the album became a huge commercial success, debuting at number one in over twenty countries and selling over 20 million copies worldwide.
