Indiana Jones characters transformed into Pop! figures.
Indiana Jones is an American media franchise based on the adventures of Dr. Henry Walton “Indiana” Jones, Jr., a fictional professor of archaeology, that began in 1981 with the film Raiders of the Lost Ark.
A prequel, The Temple of Doom, was released in 1984, and a sequel, The Last Crusade, in 1989. A fourth film followed in 2008, titled The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
A fifth film, titled The Dial of Destiny, is in production and scheduled for release in 2023. Produced by Lucasfilm and Walt Disney Pictures, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny is a sequel to Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (2008) and will serve as the fifth and final installment in the Indiana Jones film series.
The film series was created by George Lucas and stars Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones. The first four films were directed by Steven Spielberg, who worked closely with Lucas during their production.
Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny is the first and only film in the series not directed by Steven Spielberg nor with a story written by George Lucas, with Spielberg and Lucas instead serving as executive producers.
