Funko has announced a new Funko Pop! Baby Animal figure as part of the Pop! Disney’s The Muppets Mayhem collection.

The Muppets Mayhem is a musical comedy series featuring the Muppet rock group Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem.
Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem, or simply The Electric Mayhem, is an American Muppet rock group that debuted in 1975 in the pilot for the sketch comedy television series The Muppet Show, created by Jim Henson.
They are the house band of The Muppet Show, with personalities and performances inspired by prominent real-life rock music and jazz artists. They subsequently appeared in various Muppet films and television specials and have also recorded album tracks and covered numerous songs.
The Muppets Mayhem series was developed by Adam F. Goldberg, Bill Barretta, and Jeff Yorkes, for ABC Signature and The Muppets Studio. The series follows Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem, who come face to face with the modern music business as they try to record their very first studio album which they hope to go platinum.
The streaming service Disney+ released all ten episodes of The Muppets Mayhem on May 10, 2023. In November 2023, it was announced that the series was cancelled after one season.
The Muppets are well known in the world of Funko Pop! vinyl. The original Funko Pop! The Muppets series launched in 2014 with Funko Pop! vinyl figures of famous Muppet characters including Kermit, Miss Piggy, Gonzo, Fozzie Bear and Animal.
Last year, Funko released a new wave of Funko Pop! vinyl figures from the Christmas musical film The Muppet Christmas Carol.
Baby Animal, the baby version of the band’s wild and crazy drummer, is the first character from The Muppets Mayhem series to get a Funko Pop! makeover. The newly announced The Muppets Mayhem Funko Pop! Baby Animal figure is part of the Funko Pop! Disney series and has a March 2024 release date.
