The upcoming Funko Pop! Tennis line features Pop! vinyl figures of the greatest tennis players in the history of the sport.
Tennis legends transformed into Funko Pop! vinyl figures.
Tennis was one of the sports that was missing from Funko’s sports department. But from now on, tennis fans all over the world can enjoy the new Pop! Tennis vinyl series.
The Pop! Tennis vinyl series is part of the Funko Pop! Sports series and the release date for the first wave of Pop! vinyl figures is set for January 2021.
The first wave features Pop! vinyl figures of eight different tennis players, both male and female players. Although the new series is officially called Tennis Legends, the Pop! Tennis series is more of a mix of old, current and future tennis players and legends.
The Pop! Tennis series starts off with a vinyl figure of Venus Williams, one of the all-time greats in women’s tennis. Next on the tennis court is retired Russian tennis player Maria Sharapova, followed by tennis legends John McEnroe and Björn Bjorg.
The Pop! Tennis vinyl series is incomplete without the current stars of men’s tennis, Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer.
