Ozark is an American crime drama television series created by Bill Dubuque and Mark Williams for streaming service Netflix.
The series stars Jason Bateman and Laura Linney as Marty and Wendy Byrde, a married couple who move their family to the Lake of the Ozarks to launder money for a Mexican drug cartel. Bateman also serves as a director and executive producer for the series.
The first season of Ozark was released on July 21, 2017 and consisted of ten episodes. Two follow-up seasons of ten episodes each followed, and in June 2020 the series was renewed for a fourth and final season consisting of fourteen episodes. The first volume was released on January 21, 2022, while the second was released on April 29, 2022.
Characters from the Ozark TV series, Marty Byrde, Wendy Byrde and Ruth Langmore, have been transformed into Funko Pop! figures and are part of the Pop! Television series. The Funko Pop! Ozark collection has a release date in September 2022.
